Getting started is straightforward. You download the client OVA from your customer panel, deploy it in your own environment, and complete the initial setup there. Once it is running, you can connect your backup applications with a read-only user account and begin monitoring without changing your production environment.

02 Do you support multi-tenant environments?

Yes. BackupSec supports multi-tenant setups on-prem, so if you manage multiple backup environments, customers, or sites, you can connect them and view everything from a unified interface. This works especially well for MSPs, service providers, and larger organizations with separate backup estates.

Nothing is transmitted to BackupSec or third parties during normal product operation.
